Senior High-Rank Handbook

This handbook section is exclusively for the Senior High-Rank Team, disregard this section if you aren't a Senior High-Rank Staff Member.

As a Senior High Rank Member. You hold high-ranking permissions in-game & in the training center. When you are in the training center, your accountability If you are not a component of the hosting unit Is to be a trainer/assistant trainer. As a trainer, you have access to the Trainers Guide. You are allowed to use these at all times, If you are a Senior Supervisor + And meet all the requirements listed in the host guide you are allowed to host the training session with the documentation in the Host Guide. You must always follow all regulations, regardless of what a higher-ranking official says.

If there is a troller ever present in the cafe/training center. Handcuff them and jail them, for 120 seconds. You are also allowed to warn them through Melonly, please log the kick through Melonly. They are allowed to have 3 opportunities to redeem themselves. Otherwise, you are permitted to kick them from the game. If they rejoin and continue to troll, you are to kick them again. If they are trolling again, you are required to ban them from the game. In melonly, mark them as a ban. Do not mark them as a ban bolo. We use Ban Bolo's for permanent bans to inform others in the SHR team.

As an SHR team, if you see any Ban Bolo's make sure to add a note to them and delete the Ban Bolo to notarize that you have completed the task. Before banning, check additional notes left by regular High-Rank Employees.

As a Senior High Ranking Offical, if there is an exploiter in the game. Without any notice, you can mark them as a ban bolo Melonly, & then permanently ban them from the game. At Continental Cafe, we do not tolerate exploitation in our games.
