Trainers guide, this helps you train the trainees.
Welcome to the Trainers Guide! Here, you can find all our guides. Please use the following when training a trainee.
The text stated below is required to be used for trainings. Anything with 2 dashes should not be copied but should be read by the trainer. If there are any other trainers. If you would like, you may share these notices with them via pm.
Welcome to the Continental Café Training Center! I am [Your Name], and I will be conducting your training session.
Before we proceed with your training, does anyone have any questions? Please state yes or no.
-- Hey Trainers! Please make sure to check all questions. If there are more than 2 per user, please let them get their question answered once they are training.
Spectacular! Now I will proceed with the training information.
If you have any questions during the training. Please state PTS and a member of our staff will assist you accordingly.
We will focus on greetings for the first part of our training.
Greetings are a formal way of greeting someone when they meet you.
An acceptable greeting would be…
Welcome to Continental Café! I am {Your Name}, and I will be assisting you today. What type of drink would you like?
You can customize your greeting to however you like. Make sure it is suitable for this café.
-- Note: Inappropriate greetings must be logged as a warning through Melonly and kick the user from the game.
You have a maximum of 120 seconds to finish preparing your greetings, the timer starts now!
-- Trainers, use countdown 120.
Please jump when you are done with your greeting, so your training team can assist you.
Time is up! Please state your greetings whether you are finished or not!
Awesome job with your greetings! We will now be moving on to the troller section.
At this point, does anyone have any questions that our staff can assist you with?

Your trainer will come up to you and act like a troller
Remember, exploiters get no warning. And must be notified to corporate immediately.
Trollers get 3 warnings. After that, notify an MR+ to kick them.
Congratulations! You have completed the first 2 sections of your training. Please wait for our staff to kick members who have failed the session.
-- Discuss their scores with the trainers with you. Please select the following dialogue for the person wether they had failed or if they had passed. Please PM them these results.

Now we will move on to the clock-in system.

Wonderful! Now we will continue on to the clock-in system.
Please locate the clock-in system on the 4 there are at sides of the counters.
Press clock in, it may take a few tries for the system to work.
[Trainer] Once done, click break.
Click take a break when you are not working and you are taking a break.
Return back by press end break.
Once done, clock out.
You have successfully passed the clock-in & out system.
Now for the POS training.
Please open your stand-up, and then click new sale.
h Once done, please make sure to add an item.
h Then, go to the keypad and enter a random value. Then press add.
h Finally, go and use discounts to add a discount to the user.
Then press sell. And it will sell it to them.
h After that, press cancel, because we do not have the payment system working in the training center.
h Lastly, press the red trash can button to exit PoS View.
You have successfully finished the PoS training.
We will now be moving on to the next part of your training, and that will be working with the Drink Creation System.
To find all possible recipes, say !recipies. There are 2 pages to the menu, choose the next one if you cannot find the drink you need to serve.
Alternatively, you can join our communications server to find a full list of how to create every drink.
Now on the menu, anything that is italicized is not required. Unless the person specifically asked for the extra item.
I will now conduct a test on each one of you for the DCS system.

Alright everyone! We have concluded the testing phase. Please report back to the waiting room and take a seat.
Congratulations to everyone who has passed the DCS system. We will now be kicking the users who have failed.
